We want our plants to thrive in your garden, and offer a five year guarantee on all of our outdoor hardy trees and shrubs.

If the plant has died, we can offer a free replacement to the same value, or credit note. All we ask is that the plant is given the best possible care and is not exposed to extreme weather conditions. We always encourage you to speak to any members of our plant area teams for their advice and planting instructions, they are a wealth of horticultural knowledge!
