Frequently Asked Questions about Pugh's Loyalty Club

  1. How do I become a member of the Pugh's loyalty club?
    You can download our Pugh's Loyalty Club App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your mobile device and create your account through the app. Your app will then contain your digital 'loyalty card' which you will scan at our till points to collect stamps, track your spend and receive vouchers/rewards for your spending.

  2. What if I don't have a smartphone? How do I become a member?
    If you don't have access to a mobile phone/smartphone you can become a member through our website by signing up here. Make a note of your membership number (displayed by your name on your digital 'loyalty card') and when you visit our tills, our Pugh's team member will be able to use your membership number to search for you and apply your spend to your membership account. If you can't remember your membership number, they can also search for you using your Postcode. (Top Tip: why not print off the webpage which shows your digital 'loyalty card' and keep hold of this in your purse/wallet/bag and this can be scanned at our tills?) Once you have signed up, you will be able to 'log in' to your members area via our website here to keep a track of your stamps/spending/vouchers.
    Please note, members who sign up via our website will not be able to upgrade to Bloom Membership as this requires the Pugh's Loyalty Club App to process the £20 subscription fee.

  3. Is my data safe? Will you sell it?
    Your data is absolutely safe! Please rest assured that Pugh’s will never sell your data to any third parties. Your data is secure and the only reason we ask for your information is to help enhance your shopping experience with us and reward your loyal custom.

  4. What is the difference between 'Flourish Membership' and 'Bloom Membership'?
    'Flourish' is the free version of Pugh's Loyalty Club whereas 'Bloom' is our bonus version. For only £20 per year, Bloom members experience an enhanced loyalty experience, with all the benefits of the free 'Flourish' level plus added extras such as higher rewards, birthday gifts, a free breakfast, random acts of kindness, member-only events, exclusive discounts and more!

  5. What happens if I decide to Upgrade to Bloom after being a Free Member?
    Please note that if you have been collecting rewards as a Free Flourish Member, when you Upgrade to Bloom, your digital stamp cards and spend tracker will refresh and start from scratch, so we recommend upgrading straight away before you start collecting rewards OR please complete your existing stamp cards, spend tracker and use any vouchers before upgrading.

  6. I have been using your stamp cards up until now, can existing stamp cards be merged with/transferred to the app?
    No, stamp cards must be filled/completed separately before signing up to our new Pugh's Loyalty Club via the app, as they are two separate things

  7. Can “stamps” or “spend” be added afterwards/at a later date if I forget to scan my app whilst I am at the till?
    No, unfortunately not. Stamps and spend can only be tracked if your app is scanned during your transaction. Our member of staff at the till should always ask you if you are a loyalty member, but for if any reason this doesn't happen then please make sure to tell them and ask them to scan your app before completing your transaction.

  8. How many times can I Refer A Friend?
    Subscribed Bloom Members can refer one friend per month to receive a £5 voucher when the referred person downloads the app and becomes a member themselves. Any additional referrals done within that month period will not be rewarded a £5 voucher (your friend will still receive their reward when they become a member, but you will not). Your allocated referral will renew the following month. To both benefit from this £5 reward, please ensure that only one friend is referred per month. 
     

The most important thing to remember once you have become a member is to Scan When You Shop! Scanning your App* at the till point during your transaction is the only way to track your spending and receive your digital stamps and rewards.*or if you don't have a phone, allocating your member account to your transaction by searching by your membership number or postcode

Our Pugh's Loyalty Club App also has an Account Page where all of your Digital Receipts will be stored under 'My Purchases'.
