Your Role:

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Managing and training kitchen staff to maintain high performance
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Controlling inventory, minimizing waste, and maximizing profitability
• Collaborating with management to develop exciting menus and specials

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• A passion for great food and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
